I am currently undertaking a Masters program at UNSW (MBT) which I am enjoying thoroughly – slowly but surely one subject a semester helps you integrate the learnings into the real world. I’ve found the process has paid huge benefits for business and it’s amazing how the subjects seem to co-incide with what’s relevant to our business in this moment. I’ve recently got around to getting my formal Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) to supplement my many years experience as a trainer.
