A major study from the University of Sydney has found that the nutrient composition had only a small difference between normal and organically grown food. Some organic produce such as eggs had higher contractions of saturated fats. There have been studies that prove organic foods have a higher level of vitamin C and phosphorus, but when the actually difference is compared the difference was considered too small to be beneficial. The study also argues that organic foods claim to be pesticide and chemical free, Professor Samman says that pesticides on fruits and vegetables can easily be washed off. He also commented that eating one organic apple is less healthy than having two.
