To operate a forklift in the ACT, you must complete nationally recognised training and assessment for TLILIC0003 and apply for a High Risk Work Licence (LF) through the ACT regulator. Forklift operation without the appropriate licence may result in penalties.

Upon successful completion, you’ll receive the nationally recognised TLILIC0003 Statement of Attainment.
You can then apply for your LF High Risk Work Licence through the ACT regulator.
