    Brendan is passionate about providing Australia with the highest-quality work health and safety (WHS) training and services. Through AlertForce, he has helped thousands of people reach their workplace goals. Brendan holds a Master of Business and Technology program at UNSW (distinction average). Backed by 20-years’ experience in business management, Brendan has built AlertForce into one of Australia’s leading training and compliance providers.

  • Susan Whitla
    Business Development Manager

    Susan has more than 15 years experience in financial planning. She manages the compliance administration and holds a diploma in financial services.

  • Jason Ruddick
    Sales and marketing manager

    Jason has more than 12 years’ experience in sales and marketing, eight within the Australian education landscape. With a business analysis and project management background and an in-depth knowledge of sales operations, Jason's focus will be helping AlertForce transition itself from compliance training to playing a wider role within the vocational education sector.

  • Justine Ferguson
    Financial controller

    Justine is accountable for the financial dealings for AlertForce. She has more than 15-years’ experience in bookkeeping and payroll. Justine’s past roles include accounts payable manager for high profile sports entertainment agency IMG, and administration officer for Kimberley Clark. She has played a key role over the past three years in setting up new financial management systems for AlertForce and its clients. Outside work she is president of the Bondi Breakers Rugby Union Club under 6-9 teams.

  • Ursula Hartwig
    Operations Manager

    Ursula has more than 14-years’ experience in relationship management, marketing and training. She is passionate about helping people realise their potential through coaching and mentoring. Ursula has put her extensive experience to work helping employees improve their negotiation, performance management and relationship skills. Ursula holds a postgraduate degree in change management with Australian Graduate School of Management. Prior to joining AlertForce, she was a change manager in the sustainability division of Investa Property Group. Outside work, she is an ethics teacher.
