Data we gather

When you provide documents (digitally) to Alertforce A for further processing, Alertforce will have access over certain information including persona information that can be found in those documents. Explanation: The information that Alertforce receives from your answers, registrations to courses consist of; Company name, Name, invoice/company address, Email address, phone-number, IBAN/BIC. Product data that you have purchased, cost of services purchased, tax registration number, chamber of commerce number. To apply to one of our courses you will need to register online and provide us with personal and company details. If you are registering a number of participants on your company behalf you need to share their names, email addresses, country of residence, company name.

We might gather information about you that is publicly available.

How we use your Personal Data

Alertforce stores personal information regarding courses and event registration, the newsletter mailing distribution, and website information. This information is stored in our personal environment. To this environment only our own staff members have personal access to.

Even though we try our best we can not guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.

If you have an account with us, note that you have to keep your username and password secret.
