Did a CPR refresher. Reminded me of the things I'd missed or forgotten about. Got it done and got out. Highly recommend. Of the 10 or so of these I've done, this is the first that actually felt like a useful refresher and not just trying to stay awake to check the boxes.

The AlertForce course for Enter and Work in Confined Spaces was very comprehensive and informative. John is a very experienced worker and instructor, which enhanced the training experience for all of the class, he answered all our questions from both the health and safety, and legal perspective, and would also use his own real-world experiences to demonstrate the answers.

Had my white card training today and it was an excellent experience all round. Being the only female in the group I was nervous at first, but everyone was so friendly (I don't think I touched a door once today lol) and welcoming. The instructor (shout out to Craig) was really interesting and friendly and made the course really engaging, time flew by! I 100% recommend these guys and will be going back soon to complete my working at heights certification.

Excellent course, I'm saying this because unless like most courses that are just plain boring. This course was run By Matt who I think is a great educator, he explains information in a way that's not just educational but also relevant to today's work practices, his insight and depth of knowledge shows his years on both subjects like asbestos and silica and how dangerous both can be, I'm now armed with the knowledge of how to treat these hazards and also how to prevent a problem that can be eliminated, I definitely recommend this course for anybody who wants to learn about asbestos and silica.

I'm really satisfied with the way the class was lead simple and easy to remember for the questions on the theory test. I'm really grateful that I'm given another chance to do train and do the practical test again which I didn't pass on the first time. So that I'm prepared to use the forklift without making mistakes when I do get my licence as well as
work using the forklift.

An excellent forklift training experience!

I have just completed my forklift training course at shool and I am truly satisfied. The instructors are very professional and patient, guiding me step by step through both theory and practice. Even though I had no prior experience, their clear explanations and friendly learning environment helped me pick up the skills quickly.

The facilities here are great — the forklifts are new, safe, and fully equipped. I felt very secure during practice. The trainers always kept a close eye to ensure safety and corrected even small mistakes right away.

After the course, I feel much more confident operating a forklift and I also received a proper certification. I highly appreciate the dedication, professionalism, and reliability of this center.

If you are looking for quality forklift training with an effective and enjoyable learning experience, I strongly recommend shool.

10830NAT Course in Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention on 06 June 2025.

The course content—both theoretical and practical—was excellent, and I gained valuable knowledge about regulations and best practices. Matt, the trainer, was highly engaging and one of the best instructors I've had he put a lot of emphasis on real life consequences and how it affects not only yourself but friends and family.

Matt was terrific. A sense of fun, yet absolutely serious when it came to asbestos and silica

I've been in the industry a long time, Knowing this, Matt graciously included me in some of the content. That takes a great deal of uncommon humility in our industry.

I learnt a lot, refreshed knowledge that needed to be refreshed.

I strongly recommend this course to old construction dogs as well as those new to the industry. You will not be disappointed.

Also, these two quals are going to become compulsory in most states and territories in the next 5 years

I didn't know until today that some particles called Silica is dangerous for our lungs and is present in constructions area and many other.

Particularly I love online training because I can do it comfortably and in an appropriate time for me. The manual handling training was amazing and the layout facilitate the understanding and the quiz reinforce what is being learned. One advice is: would be great if we could have it in a full screen.
