Alana is a lovely and supportive teacher who teaches in a very clear, friendly, and comfortable way. She creates a positive learning environment where we feel comfortable asking questions and participating in class. I really appreciate her patience, kindness, and teaching style. One suggestion for improvement would be to replace the current chairs with more comfortable desks and chairs, as this would make the classroom environment even better, especially during longer classes. Overall, I am very happy with Alana’s teaching and really enjoy learning in her class.

Great Training

Did a CPR refresher. Reminded me of the things I'd missed or forgotten about. Got it done and got out. Highly recommend. Of the 10 or so of these I've done, this is the first that actually felt like a useful refresher and not just trying to stay awake to check the boxes.

The AlertForce course for Enter and Work in Confined Spaces was very comprehensive and informative. John is a very experienced worker and instructor, which enhanced the training experience for all of the class, he answered all our questions from both the health and safety, and legal perspective, and would also use his own real-world experiences to demonstrate the answers. Thankyou AlertForce Team and John, I'll recommend your courses to anybody who's looking for training.
